This is a three course dinner paired with our wines at the Downtown Tasting room. We will open our doors at 6:00 and the first course will start at 6:30.

Chef Chris hails from San Francisco, Ca. where he studied at Le Cordon Bleu. He went on to cook in top SF restaurants eventually owning and operating his own establishments.

​He moved to Davis, Ca. in 2016 and began his private chef and catering career.

He prides himself on using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. His style is refined global cuisine, drawing from the familiar flavors of the Mediterranean, Asia and Latin America.
