On Saturday, May 9th, join FarmHer Sherri for a most delicious farm-to-fork experience! Sherri and the chef and students from the area-renowned Esparto High School Culinary Department are cooking up a truly special luncheon just in time for Mother's Day! Enjoy farm-fresh fare and sweet country air guaranteed to please your palate and renew your spirit.
Our iris garden and fragrant Spanish Lavenders create the perfect setting. Though the French lavender will be in its pre-bloom phase, the buds will be popping and the skies will be amazing! And, of course, our Farm Store and Scent Station will be open for testing and tasting.
This Lunch experience includes:
Appetizers and soft beverages
Chicken salad prepared with our own Herbs of Capay on a bed of fresh local greens
Fresh-baked focaccia served with our own award-winning Capay Valley Olive Oil
Lavender creme brulee`
